As a business owner, you have a lot of things on your plate. Not only do you need to manage your clients and customers, you also need to manage employees, vendors, suppliers, finance, legals, accounting, HR, you name it you are the person where the buck stops.
To top it all off, not only do you have to manage everything and more, you also have to manage your time, and you need to be in charge of how you're going to manage the set number of hours that you have for your day to make sure that you're being productive and not procrastinating, or just focusing on the things that don't matter.
